Refund Policy:
- All tournament and entry passes that are sold at YEGPIN are refundable (not including administration fee) 75% from February 12, 2022 – March 31, 2022, 50% from April 1, 2022 – May 31, 2022, after that date all tournament tickets are non-refundable. No tickets are transferrable and must be cancelled, as we go by the waitlist for any available tickets.
Disclaimers:
- A separate 4 day event pass or daily event passes for the days you are participating is required to be purchased separately.
- A limit of 2 tickets can purchased at any one time, you must have a different ticket holder name and provide your IFPA number, if you do not have or know your number then you can add N/A.
- A $5 administration fee will be applied to each order.
- All tournament entries and passes are assigned to an individual person. Photo ID, OR the barcode we email to you is all you will need to receive your pre-purchased YEGPIN Match Play tournament pass when you arrive at YEGPIN
- Wristbands/Badges that are lost, damaged or tampered with, will not be replaced by YEGPIN
- Warning: Counterfeit Tickets. To guarantee the authenticity of your YEGPIN ticket/wristband/pass, protect yourself by buying only at yegpin.com or our official event box office (Available on event days only).
- All purchases, merchandise, tournament entries and concession tickets are final and non-transferable. In special cases for pre-purchase we may be able to make exceptions to transfer passes, or switch merchandise sizes, note service charges may apply.
- By entering YEGPIN, the ticket holder grants to Die Hard Pinball, the unrestricted right and license to use the holder’s name, likeness and voice in any production, distribution, transmission. publication, public performance, broadcast or telecast of the Event, promotions, contests, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event for any purpose, without compensation.
- Passes are assigned to an individual person. As a result, tournament tickets, rewards or any other pre-sale offers are non transferable between passes or person’s. This includes the pass itself.
- Occasionally, we may offer special promotions. These promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or used on previous purchases. Other restrictions may apply.
