HOW TO SUPPORT OUR NOT FOR PROFIT EVENT

YEGPIN is looking for companies to help support this wonderful event. There are a number of ways for an organization to contribute, whether it is being directly involved by selling your products and services at the event, providing a direct contribution or providing a silent auction item to help support the event.

Come to the Show

What better way to promote your products or services then to have a booth at YEGPIN. We will have limited, dedicated space for vendors who wish to sell or promote their pinball and arcade products.

Become a major vendor

  • YEGPIN provides a write-up on your company and logo/website on our vendor site.
  • YEGPIN provides a the following vendor rewards.
    • A Gold level sponsorship (without packages)
    • 4 four day Vendor passes will be provided.
    • 10′ x 10′ w/electricity, two 6′ tables, two chairs: and space for up to 16 pinball or classic video arcade machines.
    • Exclusivity to sell your specific products and services at the event.

Marketplace

We will have limited, dedicated booth or table space for vendors who wish to sell or promote their pinball and arcade products.

  • No electricity, public WI-FI connection
  • (1) YEGPIN Weekend Pass

*All vendors will be displayed on the YEGPIN website vendor page. Floor location is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Vendor space sharing or subletting is prohibited without prior approval. Vendors are responsible in ensuring their purchased space is adequate to contain their display and not encroaching on neighboring vendors or isles.

  • Vendor and Sponsor passes include full weekend access to the event.
  • The higher the level of sponsorship the bigger the size of the logo on website and event banner.
  • Cash equivalent sponsorship (goods in lieu) will be recognized at a 75% cash value.
  • Contributions less than $250 will be recognized on our website as “supporters”.
